Self-taught Japanese artist Ozabu whose striking and often haunting images are created using mainly just graphite and/or pen. Ozabu’s drawings are highly rendered with subtle line work, leaving a weightless ghost on the paper.
Her unique, ghostly world is inspired by culture, mythology and by the essence of Japan where she grew up. Ozabu’s creations, which display such an incredible level of detail, finesse and skill, reflect her Japanese culture, surroundings and influences. Her favorite tools to work with are Mechanical pencil and pencil of Staedtler and Pentel .
