Melbourne, Australia based mother-of-one Laleh Mohmedi made headlines with her creative trick to get her two-year-old son Jacob to embrace a healthy diet. Laleh making incredible cartoon-inspired lunches in mid-2015 and since then has brought children’s favorites characters, including Judy Hopps from Zootopia and Elsa from Frozen to life on her son’s plate.

Each meal is lovingly constructed out of fresh and healthy foods, it takes about 20-35 minutes depending on the character.
