London based artist Jeremy May has found an unique and unexpected link between jewellery and literature. May has named his project Literary Jewels, it in fact creates jewellery, mainly rings, through old books. After selecting particular pages, he cut the pages of the book in order to give them the desired shape before coating the varnish. The objects are then ready for use. A good recycling idea if you want to dust off your shelves.
